Progression In The Workplace

Wilson and Scott encourage development programs and progression within our workplace. Whether you join with that intention or decide throughout your career, we support all our staff.

Apprenticeships are a big offering at Wilson and Scott and are designed for those looking at taking their first steps into the world of work, exiting the military, have other related education/work experience or are looking for a career change.

Directing and encouraging everyone to use services that offer a variety of mental health support. We encourage all our employees to use a 24/7 free and confidential support service. The Lighthouse Construction Charity offer emotional, physical and financial wellbeing help. Ensuring no construction worker of family should be alone in a crisis.

Community Engagement

Community engagement is a core value at Wilson and Scott. We actively encourage all employees to take part in volunteering initiatives that make a positive difference in the communities we serve.

Each year, our team participates in a beach clean-up event, collecting litter along UK coastlines to help protect marine life and preserve vital ecosystems. These days not only benefit local communities and the environment but also provide our teams with an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and enjoy time together outside of the workplace. All while contributing to something meaningful and positive.
