Earn & Learn
These positions are designed for those looking at taking their first steps into the world of work, exiting the military, have other related education/work experience or are looking for a career change.Apprenticeship and Specialist Applied Skills Program programs vary in length, typically lasting around 12 – 24 months, working side by side with certified personnel who help to carry out the training and development, enabling you to quickly pave your way in your career.
Once successfully completed, apprentices are often awarded certification and offered a position with ongoing education and development, so they can continue to grow in their career with us.

- Customer service skills
Road Marking, Technical and Trade Roles:
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift, carry and move heavy items as well as repeatedly reach, stand, stoop, kneel, bend and climb.
- Driving licence is desirable at the beginning but willbe essential for your career path
Professional Services
- Profecient with computers and basic software such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
