Wilson & Scott were thrilled to be at St John’s Church in Newbury this week, where we’ve proudly sponsored the installation of new disabled parking bays.

We headed down there first thing in the morning and lined 2 new bays. The beautiful church has recently committed to adding more accessible features for those with disabilities. The last step was making sure the car park also accommodates, therefore we installed them close to the new ramp at the front of the church.

By providing these crucial spaces, we aim to enhance accessibility and ensure that everyone in our community feels welcomed and accommodated.

Reverend Gary Collins said “St John’s Church in South Newbury is delighted that Wilson & Scott were so forthcoming in helping us with new disabled bay markers in our car park. We are an inclusive and diverse church serving our local community. We have just recently installed a new wheelchair and pushchair ramp accessible via the main entrance to the church and relocating our disabled parking bays was a final piece of the project. The Wilson & Scott team were very friendly, professional and keen to be of help. The job was done efficiently and professionally – and we are very thankful!”

Wilson and Scott offer services that can provide key help for communities and we strive towards having positive social impact.
