Our MMA-based systems are applied cold, eliminating the risks and logistics of hot-applied materials. This means safer worksites, lower energy use, and faster application times.
This product uses no heat, making it a sustainable soultion for road markings. We have three application techniques.

Glass Beads
Glass beads are an essential component in all cold-applied line marking systems, including spray, hand-applied, and machine-applied methods. Immediately after the cold plastic (MMA) material is laid, glass beads are broadcast or sprayed onto the surface while it’s still wet.
As the material cures, the beads become partially embedded, creating a retroreflective surface that reflects light from vehicle headlights back to drivers. This greatly improves night-time visibility and road safety. The beads also add texture and skid resistance, enhancing performance in wet or high-traffic conditions.
