Roadliner 570
The Roadliner 570 was developed in collaboration with Meon, Devon County Council, National Highways and M Group. It provides a cold-applied paint technology that produces high qaulity lining without the heat.
It can reach over 400 mcd, resulting in a remarkable increase in visibility of between 100% and 400%. As well as a setting time of just 2 minutes. This machinary has been revolutionary in our works, with a compact storage and travel system.
We currently use the roadliner in the Devon area, and have recieved a lot of positive feedback.
MMA Cold-applied Paint
For years thermoplastic has been at the forefront of road marking. However, we have introduced Methyl Methacrylate cold-applied paint, which is widely recognised in the industry for its durability, versatility, and performance.
The product is environmentally conscious, emitting low levels of carbon and using less energy as no heat is needed.
Static MMA Machine
This machine allows us to use a spray application of the MMA paint. It is transported in a small vehicle, allowing us to reach compact areas.
